Given the boards habit of making poor decisions, then doing capital raises to make shareholders pay, and if regal are part owners of Taurus, would Regal be dumping shares as a write-off to suppress the share price so BCB dont just use another capital raise to force regal to buy more shares thus using their own funds to repay the debt owed to them by BCB?
