If you look at their buys and sells and time it with the announcements out, to me it comes across as a bit convenient.
They buy a heap on the 09/05/2024 to then just block trade somewhere. Share price begins to drop from .05c to .031c over the following month.
They then sell parcels on the 17/06 and 18/06 just prior to the Hologic initial payment of $400K when the price point is relatively low.
They then bought a chunk more just prior to the AUS/NZ distribution announcement on the 27/06 when the share price hit is recent rock bottom.
They then bought circa $100K just prior to the Q4 report announcement and $22K on the BDI announcement.
All to offload the buys on the Instos placement news to .038c and lower.
PVM are the ones who have been messing any potential growth in the SP the last 3-6 months.
Conveniently purchasing just prior to substantial news and there are no buys or sells outside of news announcements.
