They didn't take part on the CR or the underwriting of the retail offer either.

They have made money on trades I listed and from memory, their position had an average of around .07c when I looked into this previously.

Selling a small chunk at .033c to tip the scales negatively, just to buy more at .028 makes them cash either way on the resell at .038.

If you look at the volume trading those days they sold, was minimal volume, so $20K of shares could have capped the price with ease.
