If they dilute us in the next Capital Raise for less than the 53c Sale price directors sold there shares for, and for which they could have issued Minerva a small placement of shares at 53c to fund MTC, here is a good summary of what action shareholders can take against these directors:
Also, the Not Accepting TMF offer which is multiples higher above current shareprice is grounds for breach of duties, not acting in the best interest of shareholders, etc, etc...
