Yeah, good luck with that. I've been down a similar path a few years ago and received a thankyou from ASIC for giving them over 20 pages of info involving deals with a convicted share market fraudster and the directors of 3 interlinked ASX companies.
They chose not to follow it up despite me outlining deals involving 7 interlinked private companies receiving large swathes of shares for moose pasture with no escrow period on the shares, thereby allowing the crooks to dump all the vend shares straight onto the market and decimating the sp of all 3 listed companies.
I asked the chairman at one company's agm what association he had with the person running the private companies and was told he didn't know who owned the companies yet I'd previously gone to the company's office and saw the director talking to the fraudster. And the 3 listed companies all worked out of the same premises, which I pointed out was owned by the crook.
For a fee I was able to buy details about the companies from Dun and Bradstreet. The costs depend on what level of info being sought. I considered it to be money well spent to highlight my case, but in the end it lead nowhere.
Still not enough for ASIC to even bother looking into, so if you want to give yourself a headache, I suggest you just bash your head against the nearest brick wall.
