I like your enthusiasm but I don’t think we have a leg to stand on.

Firstly TMFs offer was non binding - they can just tell us that they failed to come through with a binding offer.

I emailed Gino , he said they were looking at ways of “securing non-dilutionary funding “.

”The company is still working through the process at Sturec to realise full value for the project and shareholders”.

My interpretation of his comment above is they havn’t ended discussions with parties that have shown interest in Sturec ( either JV or TO ).
