Well the current market cap is 29.5 mil and minerva is paying 18.5 mil for 18%. They are paying a 350% premium to the current price !!!! On top of this the gold price has gone from $2,500 at the time the transaction was announced to $2,650 now. Crazy isn’t it ! Is MTC at bargain prices atm or is Minerva over paying? I think it’s at bargain prices because retail are uncomfortable with this period of silence after the peculiar events of the last few months. Also the fact that we have had no real offer despite “ several interested parties “ so holders are getting scared that no deal will materialise and bailing. Who knows what will happen ? I imagine Gino and Fiona are hoping Minerva can’t back out of the deal - 53c is looking like a great price atm ! The $500,000 non refundable deposit was nice. I’m not happy either but am prepared to wait - at this stage i’m not prepared to sell at 15c when Minerva is about to pay 53c for 18%. We’ll see what happens in December when the money’s due.
