One way Minerva can get out of buying the 18% at 53c is if there is a takeover for less than $81 million USD as it’s one of the conditions. If someone offers 35c I reckon retail will take it at this stage ( after our director sells a large amount of shares privately during takeover negotiations ). A fair bit of trust in leadership has been lost the last few months.
