I thought it might be useful to look at the Cost Bases, Realised...

I thought it might be useful to look at the Cost Bases, Realised Profits and Potential Profits for key shareholders with 'power to sell' - NWH, Tembo, Delphi et al, 1832 and RMS. All pre-tax.

As shown in the table below, NWH, Tembo and Delphi et al have already realised a total of $109.943m in profits and NWH has sold all its shares.

If the remaining shares were to be sold at $1.40/share then Tembo, Delphi at al, 1832 and RMS would realise a further total profit of $355.775m, with Tembo picking up a cool $143.452m to add to its realised profits $41.457m. As at 24/9/2024, these four SHs held ~430m shares.



The realised profits are detailed below.



The Cost Bases are estimated below (I did my best!). Note I posted the 1832 Cost Base earlier on this thread but it is included here for completeness.
The Cost Bases are reasonably straight-forward except for Delphi et al:,687,500 performance rights plan shares on 1/7/2024 - no idea how these should be treated!the Delphi et al 'Change of Substantial Holding' on 29/4/2024 (130,271,843 shares) agrees with the cumulative total shares below on 11/3/2024 (130,271,842 shares)the recent AGM reported DB was a 'Top20' shareholder with 28,018,877 shares as at 13/9/2024. This does not reconcile with my estimate of 30,271,842 shares at this time. But it is close enough!
