Fair enough. Late disclosure perhaps not the issue, but APAC was close to the selling party [Old Peak] and Brett was one of the 2 executive directors of APAC. He was also the only executive director of MLX and though MLX was cheap, had cash and holders were calling for it, MLX decided not to execute the buyback for cancellation till March. It raises question around conflict of interest.
