Its long been clear that MLX is run in a way that aligns with APACs interests. Thankfully, both I and APAC want MLX to make money, so our interests are quite well aligned! Of course if you aren't aligned with APAC, for example you'd like MLX to pay a divvy, then it's definitely as issue.
