Unless HLX realease a spectacular announcement that will trigger heavy selling but I doubt that heavy selling would happen on a spectacular announcement.
I just had a look and cross referenced the volume with the movement of share price on my trading page and since Michael started buying in mid August, it’s at least every 3 to 5 days apart he buys in. So, keep your eyes on/out for tomorrows or Fridays trading volume.
My big assumption is that, all the right issue has been sold to Michael. Below is a photo showing the actual rights issue taken up, I highlighted with a red arrow.
