well getting a bag every 8c after heads reach 83 cents is much better than getting a bag every 12c after heads reach 86 cents as was the case when i was first buying toeo in january. im aware of the ratio but if the case for oppies is good, surely the lower price is more compelling. im not much of an analyst though.
