He’s paid more than me, but then I dont have degrees in law and accounting or a couple of decades experience in contracts, corporate work or the uranium industry.
The biggest share holders are increasing their stake. I doubt they would do that if they had no confidence in management and the directors. The top 20 own about 52%, add the voting power of other funds that are not in the top 20, also my voting power and that of some other investors I know that I am confident will support current management /directors.
I think its likely any attempts to replace directors will just keep ppl from focussing on doing their jobs and be a nuisance achieving nothing but waste time & money.
At a later date I might think differently, but for now, thats how I lean.
