the minerals aren't for AUS brother, they are for everyone else as we don't have any manufacturing. AUS gas and everything else is export markets no matter what soveriegn BS they spin....
Its all a game, VRX (like the gas guys) will talk up building a soveriegn capacity for solar or jellybeans or whatever to give the pollies the sound bites.... but when the diggers hit the sand, its all heading for bulk carriers. Mining as a whole industry employs 289,000 people.... thats every mine, every board, every welder, every plant mechanic..... Mcdonalds employs 105,000....... Ain't no one building mines because they generate jobs. Exports, exports, exports.... all the words just get you votes.
