GPR shareholders have been asking for mercy killing to Delphi rather than quarterly torture of Dilution. Hopefully Lingbao has a competent Board to suck this out. However I have to agree this has a lot of value which can be unlocked. However a diamond in a monkeys hand is still a stone for him.
