    With all due respect, that long short fund he ran destroyed a lot of mom and pop wealth(though made a lot of money for his clients).

    No doubt, Phil King was/is the mastermind of the pumping and shorting strategy. A few ASIC appearances has yet to put him behind bars. Now the Korean regulators are having a go.
    Very surprised they have bothered to play with this stock at $16M MC.
