    A SOA at $0.08c or $0.50c?

    Which is the obvious cheap option. 8c of course, and thats all that would be offered at this point in time.

    To be clear - I'm concerned about a Tenmile / Ryder SOA.

    Any outside party, if Tenmile and Ryder were staying the course with LDX would be blocked by either (with a little retail help if needed).

    I remember the SOA I was in was a dirty, dirty fight.

    All our names were released to market - we were forced to declare a public (to market) 'no' vote with threats of insider trading from the company (the board were pro SOA) - I was glad when it was over and got out of dodge asap with a moderate loss (compared to the big loss if I'd have stayed)
