    I am keeping that in mind though for me : there is no point to entertain a potential T/O at this stage... you don't buy a company that hasn't yet proven itself in terms of revenue.... That would demonstrate a total lack of due diligence and risk management.. but that is just my opinion and I could be very wrong wink.png
