Does anyone have a view on why Charter Hall head stock is buying CQE? They now own just over 12%. Are they worried about ARF or someone else making a bid? It continues to trade at a big discount to NTA/unit and Charter Hall management has not been good. I like the childcare investments. Maybe I should keep this stock on my radar and buy on weakness? Any views?
