2. Mentioned they are reviewing options for stores not being converted with the option of store closures where appropriate.
3. Generally weak C&M results.
Overall quite a negative for WPR and something to watch. You want your tenant to do well, so 1. they can pay more rent, not less and 2. they don't close up shop.
