Why did they sell down? If they want to dump, they would not do it this way (i.e. alerting the market first that they want to dump). The modus operandi is to dump first and notify later.
So it is mysterious as to the why. They still have 20% or so, so exiting will likely crater SP significantly at the present. So my conclusion is that somehow they need to get some fund and had to sell down, not an intention to exit the stock.
