I refer you to Lindian's 2024 Annual Report pages 69 and 70 where it was shown that R Patnaik had 70.425m shares as a Top 20 holder BUT a total of 78.250m shares in total ( under more than one account) as at 13th Sept 2024.
Now either LIN Admin or Rohan P has been laxed in not disclosing to the market that 18m shares had been sold during the year. It appears the majority of these shares had been sold prior to Sept 2024. Date of last notice was 20th July 2023.
Rohan has been an Asimwe supporter over many years executing various project deals in exchange for company shares. Wonder why he has reduced his holding in LIN and whether it will continue?
