They're approaching the 20% acquisition limit. Once they hit it they will either have to formally launch a takeover bid or slow their purchases down to no more than 3% of the company every 6 months (creeping provision). They may stop buying altogether but that would probably tank the share price since they seem to be the only ones holding it up at the moment.
