A practice undertaken by entities that regularly include Mercer and REST for want of two examples where they borrow as a form of asymmetric risk reduction arguably also placing any discussion on the morals or otherwise of such a practice firmly at the feet of the many pension and superannuation providers and also their members who together proudly parade their performance records having also benefited from this practice. My opinion only of course!
