    not sure ASDAM are inclined to pay more... maybe this is all a ruse to enable QHL to have a cap raise at some price above 34c ... I'm not entirely convinced ASDAM really wand QHL, they just don't want them to go under. Given SP was recently trading at 19c i think ASDAM is already offering too high a price. Anyhow who knows.
