    We could argue this until the cows come home but the "OR decision to mine" does NOT require $120M to be spent.

    They need only spend $21m, and drill 25000 metres, and make a mine plan and a documented decision to proceed with mining.

    I think it will be a decision a lot sooner than many are expecting.
