The offer was 1 share for every 6 TTM shares held so certainly not a lot. One option exercisable at 35c expiring in January 2025 was received for every share applied for.
For every 2 options exercised, one bonus option is received exercisable at 70c and expiring in January 2027.
Pretty well structured raise I feel and it was offered to all shareholders.
I am thinking we are good value right now so I will likely be exercising the options in the next few weeks unless we drop even more in which case I'll just buy shares at the lower price. As disappointed as I am with the shareprice, I'm comfortable with the team assembled here, the assets, and the future of gold, copper and silver.
I just noticed the options actually hit 21c so as it appears to be turning out , that might be a missed opportunity to have sold the options.
