You have a point. On the others hand if MSB get FDA approval he will make from his holdings than from convertible notes. If the deal fails at FDA again he will lose both the convertible notes and his investment. So if he is good investor he will like to play safe and his safety is to.undeestand chances of a success with MSB bla application than to think like a day trader.
