Not sure about having to wait unless there is a genuine process reason for delay. Doubt they'd miss an opportunity to advise first commercial production. Price sensitive for starters. 2.4M volume on Friday could be a hint of things to come. The last time we traded over 2.4M was 8 Nov (3.8M) 3 weeks before they announced the acquisition of the additional technology rights - coincidence? Since then, volume's been solid with multiple $1M+ days. Buyers seem to be in control in both peaks and troughs keeping it in a tight range.
Taso did say that the election may delay DOD funding confirmation. Then there's all the commercial activity to come. One thing's for sure, when it does come, we're not going to be short of news flow.
