Yeah…would be interested to hear their reasoning. Last sale was 4th Dec so hopefully they’ve finished. If it wasn’t for the new employee shares issued on 16th Dec then they wouldn’t have had to issue a notice. The dilution pushed them over the 1% change threshold which they were obviously trying to stay under.
