I think what you'll find is that Delphi have sold out to one of their subsidiaries so as to maximise their tax losses...not sure when tax time is in Colonel Klinks Land but many companies do it sell off get a tax write off and they still hold so lose nothing but gain tax benefits to the last holding company.
