Colin has been around for awhile now buying on-market & bulk off market transactions. As soon as Beacon purchased their 19% stake in Maximus Colin started buying shares in MXR as well. He is second only now to Graham McGarry in number of shares held. People like Colin are usually strategic. Seems to have endless deep pockets. There is an endgame but I'm still trying to figure that out. I only have assumptions and my own opinions why at the moment. It's intriguing.
