So the question now is are the Bank of NY acting on behalf of a third party (BP) to have the majority of votes in a buy out situation and shaft the lot of us for a very low price.
I really hope not, I've been ripped off before by this exact scenario, now Resmed owns the sleeping tech of that company and they are making a fortune out of it.
Is this an illegal practice, anyone definitively know?
