There should be a "Change in Directors Interest" notice at some time listening all Directors new holdings. We know that Directors committed to $611k for 13m shares in the initial placement. So if their total shares increases significantly by more than 13m shares then likely they will have scooped up some of the shortfall also.

If it's not Directors or another sub holder then we may never know who scooped up the remainder of the shortfall because they are under the 5% radar.

Anyway the SP has surprised me in holding up. I expected many retail holders would sell their rights issue shares for a quick 25% profit thus dragging down the SP. I guess the company wanted to avoid quick profit taking by giving the shortfall to Tony G and other safe hands. Actually a good play.
