If the board have a clue what they are doing they would not have diluted BR unless they knew it was OK to do so. I do this stuff. You know your big shareholders and you make them happy. I have no idea if this board is good or not but the fact BR have increased by 30 million is a very good sign and they can't be unhappy with share price or progress. If BR were unhappy they have three companies vying to buy their shares at current prices. Overall this is very good news.
