I've put the data into a table trying to understand what it actually means, I'm no closer but maybe someone else can shed light.
I think (and I'm confused so consider the data for yourself) it means that 14.5m shares are currently loaned out potentially for shorting and that: 4.1m were borrowed by SS but they loaned out 12.8m with 1.38m being accepted under that loan.
Anyone with any ideas? Either way it appears SS is still loaning out shares possibly for shorting.
