They might like 6 stocks. As they have spare cash coming free they allocate that to the best buy available. If they should decide another is a better place/bargain for their cash it goes there.
That's how I have also operated my investment strategy for some time. When news comes they may be buying elsewhere,with no interest in selling anything. Just my thoughts as I used a bit of curiosity and wondered what they were and a little bit of google research indicated they tend to buy (hopefully right) and keep what they like from what I could make out.
