Most of those shares are owned by the Retzos Group. In the last CR the total GBR shares on issue increased by around 25%. To maintain their 8.52% percentage cumulus would also needed to have added around 25% but they only added about 9.5%, hence the reason shareholding has increased but overall percentage has decreased.
Looks like they also sold around 600,000 shares after the CR, however the sale was not significant in the scheme of things and nothing to say it was the Retzos Group.
