For me not seeing a huge turnover of shares indicating that all 3 will decline to offer some form of further bid.
I think the drop is a mixture of the market moves as well as holders locking their profits and removing the risk of a sudden plunge in the price if the parties withdrew from discussions.
Still could go either way imo
