Leaves him with a free trade from the remaining 14% of the company he holds and gives room for further investment in the next CR without going over 20%.

If anything, I read this as bullish price action. Where would the stock have gone if he didnt sell and now that he made this announcement, its likely he is finished selling. Plan on buying a few more today, expecting that some news on R+D and from the conference wont be too far away...
