I read this as there is no current interest in taking over OBM at these prices as if that was the case HPs could have sold this block to a strategic.
Well some might say maybe HP dont want to sell all to a strategic now and want to capture higher prices for the rest of their stake. They could still only part to a strategic - like when RMS picked up its stake in Spartan. and then it would make it obv someone was keen so could get more for the rest later.
Or they could sell now and in the agreement says if that strategic does a take over they need to pay to HPs any differnece in the value from now to TO price. Or say if someone else takes over they share the increase.
Sooo i think no one is sniffing right now. Easy 19.9 on offer or well on the way to TO with that sewn up.
Orrrrr i could be completely wrong
