As i understood it they took a $million of over subscriptions .... Effectively gave it to Regal who would be almost fully responsible for the SP plunge given the notices issued. Disgraceful!!
Piss poor management decisions here means everything they do is questionable.
Still I guess they will have a few votes in the bag when they have their begging bowls out for management shares and options
