haha come on... shareholders don't get an invite into the room each time a decision is made in any company, literally any company ever, unless it's related to voting rights. companies have directors who are voted in / elected to do a job, which is to manage the company and make decisions on behalf of shareholders. Lisa and the board made those decisions. are you honestly thinking they should have consulted the shareholders before selling a few BTC to keep the lights on? no one is arguing that it wasn't a good decision, but to think they need to ask a shareholder permission for making strategic moves inside the walls of the company is ludicrous! this isn't a democracy where each shareholder gets a say in every decision the company is making, come on, seriously!
and in answer to your last question - I actually wrote no, then am revising this to say that if it is in the best interests of the company and helps increase revenue, then yes! SOL stakes at higher returns so this may well get us to cash flow neutral then positive so why not!
