Agree and importantly GAGE did not seek any board representation and they have been diluted / sold down from about 29% to 15.8% since HILLGROVE was bought.
Question is will GAGE retain their 65m shares or exit over time ... it will all become clearer post DFS and by the AGM where director nominations will be put to shareholders.
