Yeah its hard to work out exactly what angle Petroulas and the Directors are playing but it definitely looks like a collaboration. The 20% rule comes into play in a takeover offer (Petroulas now 16%), but with all of them added up they are likely +50% ?? They will surely want all the projects pumping out cash before any T/O speculation so a while off yet? Problem for us mug punters is they can easily manipulate the SP for as long as they like. Personally accumulating BCNOD's rather than shares. Eventually they will have to show their hand and the SP should bounce pretty quickly at that point? All speculation till then.
