straight up, I am no longer a holder having sold (not so long ago) at 1.80 but I don't think you are correct in saying they are adding to their position. They are borrowing the stock; "Borrowing of securitiespursuant to Stock BorrowLoan Agreements (seeAppendix B), with power tocontrol the voting and/ordisposal of borrowedsecurities." This is often the mechanism used to facilitate short selling, where the borrowed securities are sold in the market. I'm not attempting to down ramp but rather offer a different take on what they are doing. I'm not sure it's a positive development
