Certainly looks like their acquiring.
Not certain if it's for Cosette, or to build up a negotiating stake to push for a higher purchase price.
There's a substantial profit if they sell out at $ 7.40 .... but for every 50 cent increase there is even more of a profit.
They also have the benefit of experienced analysts and market "knowledge" that retail investors don't have.
Will be voting NO.
