    Why would it matter if the arbitration goes against them? They still have shares in projects, more than enough to cover legal fees-and with prospects for more on the table? It’s a hot commodity, and the political context just keeps making it more valuable.

    If they win, it looks even brighter, and a favourable verdict (in various forms) is the base case from the information I found in the public sphere, and processed extensively. Nothing is ever a given, but objectively the negativity is poorly founded - just sounds like personal sour grapes I’m afraid.
