Who sold you ask. It was the entity dumping all the way down to 53.5c from 60c, unloading I estimate around 7 -10 million shares. Who bought during that dump.. the smart people. I had thought that the Lederer Group ( PEJR) would be buying in big licks at the time but was not sure re regulations around timing of increasing holdings when they have such a dominant position. Unless we get a change in substantial holding by the seller then its an entity with a swagload of shares but under the 5% limit. Now much under that limit due the selling. Great to see Lederer pick up some of that unloading given they are safe hands and have a strategic holding.
